CLASSES
All classes are currently held at St.Andrew's Methodist Church hall,Surrenden Rd, Cheriton. Folkestone,Kent.
This is a modern church complex offering several different rooms suitable for different activities. Classes are held in the Alpha room, upstairs which is airy,light, carpeted and well heated.There is a small car park at the rear of the building.
Current classes are on :
MONDAYS
6.0-7.0 Adult Beginners and Improvers
7.15-8.15 Equestrian Pilates
TUESDAYS
6.0-7.0 Adult Beginners and Improvers
7.15-8.15 Adult Improvers
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 per class.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6-7 weeks and must be paid in advance.
Private 1:1 sessions are also available.

I now run a class on Wednesdays at 4pm for staff at Foxwood School, Hythe
DAYTIME CLASS
Beginners class on Wednesday mornings at 11.30a.m at St Andrews Church Hall
All classes restart the week beginning Feb 20th.
