PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN
I offer Private Physiotherapy treatment for children.
Physiotherapy is helpful for a wide variety of conditions from those with a neurological disability to those with a minor walking problem. Children are not minature adults and need to be treated by a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist.
Children are usually best treated in their own home where they feel at ease and are therefore able to participate in their own treatment.
Pilates can be used as a clinical tool to help in the treatment of a variety of conditions including postural problems,spinal problems,hypermobile joints and motor coordination difficulties.
All children will be fully assessed and an appropriate treatment plan agreed with their parents.
Children can be referred by their Consultant,their G.P. or directly by their parents.
Some Insurance companies will reimburse the cost of your child's treatment.Please check with your provider before treatment commences. All fees must be settled by cash or cheque at the time of treatment.
